We’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to info@solve-it-puzzles.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your item; we’re here to help!
If you received an item that is different from the one that you ordered or it is damaged, sorry about that and we’ll be sure to get you the item you ordered! Just send us the items back. We’ll provide you a return shipping label and a full refund to the original payment method. If the item was opened and you just changed your mind we will refund you 75% of the original purchase price.
We will ask you to split shipping cost on heavy (20 lbs or more) or international orders. (If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico please contact us for details)
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at info@solve-it-puzzles.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Include if you are looking for a refund or exchange for a different item.
- We will contact you within 24 hours with an update on how to best send the product(s) back.
